PulseFlow started as an internal tool. We were running a small agency and juggling QuickBooks, Toggl, Asana, Calendly, and Stripe reporting — five tools with five logins, five client databases, no shared data. Every week meant a spreadsheet ritual to figure out who owed us money and whether we were actually profitable.
We built PulseFlow to collapse that stack into one workflow. It automatically captures time, drafts invoices, and generates plain-English weekly reports that tell you what’s working and what isn’t. No more dashboards to interpret. No more forgotten timers. No more wondering if you’re undercharging.
